Rangoli

● Solo event.
● Time duration will be of 2 hours.
● Participants should bring their own material (Rangoli powder).
● No using of readymade designs(stencils).
● Only colour powder is allowed.
● Free hand rangoli and chukki rangoli both are allowed.
