Lateral Entry
• Admission to BE: A candidate who has passed any Diploma or B.Sc. (PCM, PMCs, PME) or equivalent examination and scored a minimum of 45% (40% in case of SC, ST and Backward Classes of Karnataka candidates.) marks taken together in all the compulsory subjects of the final year (Fifth and sixth semester) diploma Examination (Q.E) will be eligible for admission to the BE courses.
• Admission to B. Pharm: Lateral Entry program is open to a student who passed in Diploma (Pharmacy) (2 years after 10+2) (Diploma should be recognized by PCI) or equivalent.
• Admission to BSc Nursing: The candidate should have studied and passed qualifying Diploma or GNM from Government Institute or Karnataka Government recognized educational institutions located in the State of Karnataka and candidates who were domiciled in Karnataka or studied in Karnataka for a minimum period of seven years.
