Aim & Summary

The aim of the "Master Android Basics" course for students is to provide a comprehensive introduction to Android app development, focusing on fundamental concepts and practical skills. This course aims to equip students with the knowledge and proficiency needed to build basic Android applications from scratch using Java and Android Studio. Throughout the course, students will engage in a series of interactive lectures, coding exercises, and project-based learning activities to develop their skills in building Android applications. As Course progresses Students will dive into the basics of Android app development, starting with user interface (UI) design and layout. They will learn how to create layouts using XML and utilize Android's built-in UI components, such as TextViews, EditTexts, Buttons, and RecyclerViews, to design interactive user interfaces. In addition to UI design and navigation, students will delve into handling user input and interactions in Android apps. Throughout the course, students will work on hands-on coding exercises and projects to reinforce their learning and apply concepts in real-world scenarios. They will build a variety of basic Android apps, such as calculators, to-do lists, and simple games, progressively increasing in complexity as they advance through the course. By the end of the course, students will have gained a solid foundation in Android app development, enabling them to create simple yet functional apps and pursue further studies or careers in mobile app development.
