Aim & Summary

The aim of the Introduction to Salesforce course is to provide students with a foundational understanding of Salesforce, the leading customer relationship management (CRM) platform. The course covers essential topics such as Salesforce architecture, data modeling, security, and customization. It is designed to equip students with the skills to effectively use Salesforce for managing customer relationships, automating business processes, and enhancing organizational efficiency. By the end of the course, students will be prepared to leverage Salesforce tools to drive business success and improve customer engagement. Note: This course will be carried out in 4 stages as per the job requirements
