1. Eligibility Criteria

• Academic Qualifications: Foreign students must meet academic eligibility criteria equivalent to those required for Indian students. The equivalence of foreign qualifications is determined by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) or other relevant authorities.
• Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English is mandatory. GM University requires TOEFL or IELTS proficiency tests if the medium of instruction in the applicant's home country is not English.

2. Admission Quota

GM University reserves at least 10 seats in each program for foreign students within the specified intake.

3. Application Process

Direct Applications: Foreign students can apply directly through the university's official website.

Supporting Documents:

• Academic transcripts
• Statement of Purpose (SOP)
• Letters of Recommendation (LORs)
• Passport copy and visa details
• Proof of financial capability
• Health and medical fitness certificates

4. Visa Requirements

• Students must obtain a valid Student Visa (category S) before commencing their studies in India.
• GM University provides provisional admission letters to support the visa application process.

5. Fee Structure

Foreign students are required to pay 15% higher fees than those specified in the university's fee schedule for each program. Fees can be paid in INR or USD.

6. Accommodation and Support

GM University offers hostel facilities and conducts orientation programs to help foreign students adapt to the new environment.

Students must earn the required credits as outlined in the program regulations or program documents to qualify for the award of a degree.

If a student transfers to GM University from another university during the course of a program, the academic team at GM University will map the curriculum of the previous university with GM University's curriculum for the respective program.

If the student has already completed a course at the previous university that is equivalent to a course in GM University's curriculum, the student will be exempted from repeating that course. The credits and grades earned for the equivalent course at the previous university will be recognized and included in the student's academic record at GM University.
