Strategic Vision
Formulating strategic vision and roadmap for innovation, design, and entrepreneurship within the University
Program Planning
Planning annual programs including Idea Generation Workshops, Design Thinking Sessions, and Start-up Incubation
Collaboration
Facilitating collaboration among departments, industry partners, and innovation agencies
Infrastructure
Supervising creation and utilization of IDEA Lab infrastructure and prototyping equipment
Mentorship
Mentoring faculty and students in ideation, design, product development, and start-up creation
Innovation Culture
Promoting culture of innovation through events, exhibitions, and competitions
Funding Coordinators
Funding Identification
Identifying and securing funding from government agencies, industry partners, and internal schemes
Proposal Guidance
Guiding faculty and students in preparing project proposals and funding applications

Ensuring compliance with financial guidelines and timely utilization of sanctioned funds
